Helping Customers Understand the LeakAlertor 6000

If the following doesn't help answer the customers questions, please direct them to the product website at www.LeakAlertorPRO.com

What is the LeakAlertor 6000?

The LeakAlertor is a smart device that will alert you when your toilet is running, has a leaking flapper, or a bad fill valve. Once you know you have a problem, and what it is, you can fix it and avoid another unexpected high water bill.

How will it help lower my water bill?

By alerting for a running toilet within minutes, often times before you even leave the bathroom, you avoid wasting water for hours which will increase your bill.

The LeakAlertor can also detect when the toilet has a bad flapper or faulty fill valve, even when you may not be able to see or hear the problem, and often before dye tablets can detect a problem.

Who do I call if I have questions?

If you have any questions about the LeakAlertor, how it works, how to install it, or what to do when the alert occurs, you can call the manufacturer Monday through Friday from 9:00- 5:00 Eastern time, or visit their website at www.LeakAlertorPRO.com.

What does it do?

The LeakAlertor monitors your toilet for water wasting problems, like a running toilet or leaking flapper. When it detects a problem the LeakAlertor will flash a red light and beep.

I have more than one toilet, can you send me one for each toilet?

I'm sorry, but we're only able to order one LeakAlertor per household. However, there is a coupon code for $5 off every LeakAlertor you would like to purchase through the LeakAlertor website. That would bring your cost to just $29.75 and includes free shipping and handling.

How do I know what to fix?

If there's no problem with your toilet it will flash a green light.

If there is a problem, the LeakAlertor will beep and flash a red light. The different alerts are explained on the package as well as what you should fix on your toilet.

I have more than one toilet, can I move it from toilet to toilet to check for leaks?

Yes, you can. Follow the instructions on the product website for resetting and moving the LeakAlertor.

However, the manufacturer does recommend one LeakAlertor for each toilet so you don't miss problems on toilets that don't have a LeakAlertor on them when a problem happens.
